

Scripps Kensington fitness classes
Since fitness is a key component at a healthy community, Scripps Kensington provides a variety of programs to meet the physical needs of our residents. Our programs include:
- Chair fitness exercises
- Gentle exercise workouts
- Strength training aerobics accompanied by music
- Tai Chi
Group exercise classes are led by experienced Scripps Kensington staff and our popular fitness instructor, Lou. Lou is a certified fitness instructor who specializes in teaching at retirement communities. Her expertise is surpassed only by her enthusiasm in enhancing the health and well-being of our seniors. Many of our residents take advantage of walking within the safety of the beautifully landscaped community. Scripps Kensington has both covered and uncovered walkways, enabling residents to walk throughout all the seasons.
